the protoss player lost both void rays (500/300) and he didnt do any damage with them. i think he should switch to ground units (4 gates) and build an expansion.
when you lose youre void rays in the early game, its over, because they are really expensive. flash did everything right, when he killed the void rays, he started pushing and killed most of the economy. in the end there a different like 40 supply between them.
when you build void rays as protoss you HAVE to deal some critical damage and youre not allowed to lose them, or you lose the game. micromanagement is really important in this case.
